On receipt the humidifier was missing the magnet. An email to the distributor resolved it, and I received a replacement at no charge within the week.

I live in a dry climate, and have found that it requires supplemental humidification to keep it at the correct level. In addition, the adhesive on both the hygrometer and the humidifier puck have failed. Any given time I open the lid, it's quite likely one or both have fallen off and into the cigars on the tray below.

Overall, if it had a larger humidifier unit and reliable adhesive, I'd give it 5 stars as the box is beautifully made.

great, definited fits 80 large cigars, and fits 100 of 6 x 50 cigars. comes with meters and kit that provide humidity. key works well with lock. tough, great wood quality.
