I've only had this for a couple of weeks, but I really like it. It is not a humidifier. It's purpose is to diffuse the essential oil through a water vapor. The stream of vapor is small, but the oil diffuses great and the aroma spreads far.

I love that it has the timer feature! I have some oils that I only want to diffuse for 30 minutes. I can set the timer and it will shut itself off.

It uses 100 ml of water and it can run for several hours on this small amount of water.

The design is simple and goes with any decor. It is small, only 6" tall and 3"wide and does not take up much space.

As I have had it for only a short while, I cannot attest to it's longevity.

If you are expecting this to double as a humidifier, it doesn't. If you are looking for something to diffuse your oils in the air, this little guy is it!

I wanted something a little prettier for the family room than the 'UFO' style ultrasonic diffusers I had been using before (shaped like UFO's with blue led lights), so I bought this, and the 'UFO's' are now in use in my craft room and bedroom only. This diffuser works brilliantly...it puts out a high and dense stream of mist and diffuses my aromatherapy oils throughout the room just as well (actually better) than my 'UFO's'. There are 2 small disadvantages in comparison the the UFO's....the first is that the timer only goes for a maximum of 180 minutes, 3 hours, and I would prefer a bigger version that would do at least 8 hours before having to refill. The only other disadvantage is that the electrical connector to the diffuser plugs in underneath the appliance, then the cord has to be threaded through a slot in order for the diffuser to sit level. This makes it quite fiddly to remove so that you can take the diffuser to the sink to rinse out or fill, making it necessary to use a small jug of water for this. I would prefer it to connect at the side because of this. It does, however, work like a dream and I am very happy overall with my purchase.

I love this diffuser. I take it everywhere because it is so compact. It is very easy to use and doesn't even need that much water to run. I just drop about 4-5 drops of lavender and 2 drops of lemon, and fall fast asleep. Love it!

Although it functions fairly well as a diffuser, for the price, I expected better quality. It's a plastic unit that operates with a an electric cord. Looks more like a $15 item, rather than a $50 item!
