Product is fine but as it turned out, shipping charge based upon weight was way to high. I deal with shipping charges daily and no way should it have cost as much as it did.

The filters are what they are, no problems there. Where I am disappointed is in the seller. The items arrived lose in a box, no packaging, wrapping, nothing but the packing slip. I felt a bit mislead by the description of it being a 2 pack (thought that might mean they were packaged). More than that, I'm disappointed in the shipping rate I was charged. They charged a flat fee of $6.95. When the box arrived, the postage was $2.19. Enough of a difference that the next time I am in the market for a replacement filter, I will be looking elsewhere.

This product is fine, but it is just a bit on the small side. It fits too loosely into the filter area but will do the job.

IT WAS NOT THE SAME AS THE ORIGINAL FILTERS I RECEIVED WITH THE HUMIDIFIER. THIS ONE HAD METAL IN THE MIDDLE AND GOT MOLDY AFTER A FEW USES. WILL NEVER BUY THIS AGAIN.
