BestAir FSOB6 Splash Scents Rain Forest Mist Scent 16 oz

Having bought all the fragrances that "Splash Scents" makes, I think I like this one the best. I bought a Brethe Air Purifier by Homedics that came with the most horrendous fragrances...seemed like 4 variances on Pine Sol -yuck. So, before I returned it, thought I'd research some other possible fragrances. Lo and behold, I found these on good ol' Amazon...they are so much lighter and true fragrances that don't smell like a public restroom! Thank goodness...now I use my Brethe almost every day and love all the Splash Scents fragrances. Highly recommend!

nothing wrong with it if you like the smell of the rain forest but i simply don't find this smell attractive it makes my house smell like rain forest soggy, old, fermented wood sort of smell... not a big fan, especially since smell is not strong enough to distinguish if this is fragrance or if i need to check my house if i have mold behind my walls... i think moldy smell might be the right way to describe this rain forest very "natural leafy" smell.

I was looking forward to being able to add a scent to my humidifier so I bought 3 different scents. The scents smell wonderful in the bottles, but when I added it to the humidifier and turned it on I smelled nothing. I added more thinking that I didn't add enough and still no smell. I have added far more than recommended on the bottle and it just does not leave a scent once added to the humidifier. I was very disappointed. Now I have 3 bottles that smell great until you add it to a humidifier and then you get nothing.

I received the item in said amount of time but I wasn't entirely satisfied with the actual rain forest scent. The scent didn't seem as fresh as the rain forest label on the bottle states.

Simply doesn't work. I tried using more than the recommended amount in my humidifier and still, no results. You're better off going with just about any plug in air freshener.

Universal Humidifier Solenoid Valve - UHS24

Our water eats one of these every couple years. This was a good price, but it is a bit abrupt (fast) in the cutoff and we get some banging well one bang.

I ordered this to replace a solenoid that had gone bad on my humidifier. The part was delivered quickly and works great. This was also a less expensive part than the original. I would recommend this product to anyone.

I was sold this valve by my local plumbing supply house as a replacement for the Aprilaire solenoid that they didn't have in stock. It's more expensive than the Aprilaire valve, and has its own in line filter that looks jury rigged. My new valve has already failed (stuck open) after about a month of service.

The Aprilaire solenoid will at least last a couple of seasons before it gets stuck.

I'm tired of replacing this thing every couple of years and am looking for an industrial solenoid as a more reliable replacement.

Happy to find filters for my old air filter. Works fine, but seems expensive since the frame is not included. I noticed that the composition is just the reverse of the original filters, in that the original charcoal filter was as thick as the white pad is in this replacement filter.

Hamilton Beach 05910 TrueAir Cool Mist Humidifier Replacement Filter for 05518

We bought our humidifier two months ago and have already gone through two filters. Despite the fact that we change the water in our humidifier daily, the filter quickly start smelling very moldy. It also seem to disintegrate rather quickly.

I'm happy with the Hamilton Beach humidifier, but wish that the filters lasted a little longer.

If you leave the humidifer running after the tank has emptied until the filter is dry dry DRY (i.e., the humidity has dropped down), the filter will last and last. If you don't let it dry, but keep filling the tank with water, the filter gets really skanky really quickly. I learned the hard way until I read one of the reviews on this site. Have run it for over a month now with no smell. Filter is great.

I LOVE this humidifier because I can pop the parts in the dishwasher. I can get it CLEAN easily. Never found another humidifier that you can do this with.

Who cares if the humidistat works exactly? It tells me if the humidity is high or low, and that's all that matters.

It is indeed a BEAR to close the tank tightly, but we run it fine just closing it as tight as we can. Have never had a leakage problem.

Have tried many other kinds, and this does the job the best. Too bad it has been discontinued... I wanted to get one for my 87-year-old parents, since it is the easiest and best I have ever used.

Just a warning to those of you who are like me and aren't the most meticulous keepers of humidifiers: the large filter grows mold very easily. A previous reviewer noted that you should keep the filter wet, but in my experience that just grows mold. I've had to toss 2 filters for that reason. At this point, I've switched to Ultrasonic humidifiers because I'm afraid to use the previously moldy cool mist one (esp with the dusty fan).

We purchased a Hamilton Beach cool mist humidifier for our daughter. We go through one filter/month. The filters are not sold in any locals stores and we can only buy them on Amazon. We usually have to purchase (6) at a time because the filters smell moldy after 3-4 weeks. Now the price has jumped from $6.99/filter to $15/filter. We are disappointed with the product and it's permformance.

The filters last us all winter. The trick for us is to keep it wet...do not let the tray go dry. Vacuum the vents once a week. Our son bought a non-filtered humidifier that left white residue (lime, calcium) on his floor near the unit. This model is worth the [money] per year for that reason.

The product looks fine but I give up. This is the 2nd LW24 I bought. I have Asthma and really need a good Air Washer to improve my daily life, a friend recommended this brand, he has a LW14 & likes it.

After step by step setup the 1st one, everything checked fine, turned on the power, green light on & I can see the fan was moving, at once, the red light on too, fan stoped at once too. I read the user manual again & again, it is a simple designed machine, not rocket science, what could be wrong? It was Friday night, I could not get their technical support so I sent an email to them, they replied fast, but telling me they could do nothing, best way is return the merchandise.

As I said I need it badly, so I ordered the 2nd one, I thought the "Made in Germany" should not be that bad. I got it Friday again. This time I did the setup even more carefully, since I have the 1st time experience already, but the exact same problem happened again. What could be wrong? Anyone could help me before I return it again?

hose is long enough to fill from the kitchen sink to my humidifier. very helpful when humidifier tank wouldn't fit under the faucet and the tub spout was to large and wasted a lot of water. This is the perfect solution.

This hose works great from my kitchen faucet to fill my humidifier tanks. The only thing not positive is that it was kinked in the box and the kink won't come out of the hose, but it still works fine
