The bulb was broken when it arrived. I didn't attempt to get a refund though because I had already thrown away the packaging, and it seemed like too much trouble for the price.

Didn't come package as shown, seemed to fit fine into the socket but the physical dimension of the bulb itself were different. Was DOE upon placing it into the humidifier and isn't worth the hassel and cost of a return

We needed a replacement bulb and this was a good price for the bulb. We have received and installed the bulb. Everything is working fine now.
