This product was received right on time and was packaged perfectly. There was not one scratch or piece of dust on it. Everything was inside of the humidor as shown in the picture, wrapped securely. The Humidor overall seems pretty nice except that they sent me a CHEAP-O plastic cigar cutter rather than the quality STAINLESS STEEL cutter mentioned in the description and shown in the picture. I do like the humidor but when I get blidsided by something as simple as a switcheroo on the accessories, it leaves me feeling a little taken advantage of. Hopefully I can get a reply and they will correct things by sending me the correct cutter to make up for it.

I will admit that I shuddered when my husband asked me for a humidor for Christmas. I know NOTHING about them. I viewed several of the reviews on Amazon.
