On receipt the humidifier was missing the magnet. An email to the distributor resolved it, and I received a replacement at no charge within the week.

I live in a dry climate, and have found that it requires supplemental humidification to keep it at the correct level. In addition, the adhesive on both the hygrometer and the humidifier puck have failed. Any given time I open the lid, it's quite likely one or both have fallen off and into the cigars on the tray below.

Overall, if it had a larger humidifier unit and reliable adhesive, I'd give it 5 stars as the box is beautifully made.

I had to replace mine, this small piece of simple looking plastic is similar to a "T" used in aquarium plumbing... but 10 times the price. I decided I could use some kind of fastener to hold it in place, like a Red Green fix. Long story short, didn't work and the hose shifted slightly over a matter of hours causing a leak and a puddle to form around the back half of the furnace.

My advice, it's not overpriced compared to having water damage from trying to jury rig a cheap fix.

I accidentally threw this away when I discarded the old humidifier pad and a replacement was supposed to be over 200 dollars. I was able to putchase it here for about 70 dollars, and it works like a champ. I can't tell if there is any difference from the OEM.

I can confirm it fits properly in the VS 207, since that's what I have.

They don't carry it at Bed, Bath, and Beyond anymore, so this is the only place I could find it.

Blue flakes formed in excess water beginning with second cleaning process within a two and a half week period (a pattern of three consecutive nights on, two days without use of humidifier throughout the 2 1/2 week period). Never happened during the previous two years of performance. Purchased two filters: Preparing to use second filter much sooner than expected (filters are advertised to be used for to two months with normal use). Hopefully, the second filter will meet with previous satisfaction, and only one refund will need to be requested.

The product keeps the cigars at 70, but it was staying there anyway, but at least now I should not get mold in the cotton filler like material in the hydrator.

6 x Kaz WF2 Humidifer Wick Wicking Filter

This contains my previous reviews of the same product that used to be a three pack sold through Amazon(now sold as single Protec WF2 Extended Life Replacement Humidifier Filter through outside retailer). This purchase was a bulk 6 x single filter through AmericanWholesale. Shipping through them was only $1.99, extremely quick and made me up my review 1 star. I also use the ProTec Humidifier Tank Cleaning Cartridges. A 2 pack will just last me the winter months. They do help keep the water cleaner and the filters lasting about 6 weeks each.

Old reviews: I purchase these every year for my Vicks humidifier. I have spent way beyond what the machine itself cost me on filters. Each filter lasts about a month to 6 weeks before getting moldy and stops wicking the water. I only use the humidifier for about 4 months in the Winter, which a 3 pack of filters is good for. I would use it all year if I did not have to keep replacing the filters. If someone knows a better choice of longer lasting filters, please post.(5/5/2008)

12/9/08-Too bad this is the only place I have easily found these. I cannot believe they have gone up $10 in cost since I purchased them a year ago (11/30/07)!

This was a great price for a 6-pack of these filters. They are necessary for the humidifier, but they do have a short life span. It's just part of the reality for them. We use only filtered water to fill the tank, open the top and leave it open to the air during the day, and try to clean out the unit reasonably regularly. This lengthens the lifespan, but unfortunately you just have to get used to them needing to be replaced.

I need this filter for my infant son's humidifier. It works great however the reason for the four stars is that it does not last long and constantly needs to be replaced. I probably already paid more for filters than than the humidifier is worth.

Honeywell H33190 Hoover Upright Replacement Belt 40201190

This belt was a good fit for our Hoover. But after only a handful of uses the belt broke. It was a clean break, failure of the belt. No abuse or burning could be seen. There are other belts on Amazon, they are all pretty much the same price. I'll be trying the Hoover belt next.

Puzhen PZ-UA08C Bamboo Essential Oil Ultrasonic Aroma Diffuser, Coffee

I absolutely love this diffuser. Puzhen is a great brand. doTERRA (although they aren't my favorite essential oil company) are the US exclusive distributors of the Puzhen Lotus diffuser. This diffuser is comparable to the Lotus as far as specifications are concerned, however, this diffuser, the Bamboo, actually has a larger water reservoir, which equals a larger running time. It's not cheaply made. It's actually a lot better than most diffusers. I highly recommend this product.

Not really what I expected for the price. Its plastic and the "aluminum" is really thin and cheap. But its a working product... I guess thats enough!
