My husband has had a humidor for years. Since before I met him even. I have watched him strugle at times to keep the humidity right, especially when we are gone for a couple of weeks each year. Last year, for Christmas, I bought him a Diamond Crown humidor. Let me tell you, it is beautiful, and it is all quality. It came with this system in it already. Wow, it is nice. Steve seasoned it, and within two days, it was running perfectly. So, he is really happy. The water capicity of this thing, is awesome. He checks it occasionally, and is always smiling when he opens it. Now, when we go on vacation, the water level is less of a concern. BTW, the old humi was very high quality, not some piece of crap, but the green foam system just wasn't great for holding enough water. Steve doesn't like usiong the gell beads, because that is just chemicals, and that is why he smokes cigars instead of cigarettes....less chemicals!
