I bought this product as a gift for my daughter in law. When she opened it the piece holding the middle plate was missing. I have been trying to get the piece replaced, but have found the company has refused to do so, due to the product being shipped more than thirty days prior to the request for a replacement part. The part should not cost them more than a quarter, but they refuse to work with me on a replacement. Just a reminder, if you buy this product from this company, open the box and ensure all the pieces are available before your thirty days are up. If you can buy a similiar product from another distributor, I would strongly suggest you do so.
